Accountability School is a rolling admission, group-based AND one-on-one accountability and time management program designed to help you figure out what it is you want to do, and then help you GET IT DONE through private instruction, group accountability, and a healthy dose of peer pressure.

The program is run by Monroe Mann, of Unstoppable Artists. Is he qualified to put together a time management program? Well, for starters, he wrote the book on time management success called Time Zen. It is the official textbook used in the course. In addition, he's only 31, and in those 31 brief years, Monroe has written and published 5 books (one of which is a Barnes & Noble # 1 bestseller); he's the owner of three businesses, including Loco Dawn Films and Unstoppable Artists; he is a bronze-star nominated veteran of Iraqi Freedom (and wrote a book while he was there); he is a professional actor (SAG, AFTRA, Equity) and the lead singer of the band Running for Famous; he is a Wilderness 1st Responder; he holds a Masters of Entrepreneurship degree; he is finishing up his 4-year JD/MBA program; he is gearing up for his PhD; he is nearing completion of his PADI Rescue Diver certification; he is shooting his horror feature film this winter in Maine; and this list goes on and on.

How does he do it? Welcome to Accountability School!

We ensure accountability through a number of mechanisms:

a) In our PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP, you must post your ten-year and three-year strives for all other classmates to see. You must also chime in during the month and help others to get off their butt and make things happen.

b) On our ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD (within Facebook) you must post and update your 6-month strives, and your 1-month strives every month... for all classmates to see. Experience has shown that the more people you share your plans with, the more likely you are to follow through. Therefore, you must share all of your plans down to the itty-bitty details with your classmates.

c) Via FACEBOOK MESSAGING, fellow classmates will randomly throughout the month be sending you messages about particular items on your 1-month strive list, making sure you are doing what you say you are going to do. You will also receive inspiration from Accountability School.

d) Via GROUP PHONE MEETINGS: we have fun and interactive group phone conferences to solve problems. Typically, we have one group meeting every three months.

e) Via PRIVATE PHONE MEETINGS with Monroe Mann, who will help troubleshoot and encourage you one-on-one with your particular strives. Typically, each student receives one 30-minute consulting and coaching session with Monroe Mann during each three-month enrollment period. If you want more one-on-one help, you can pay for more one-on-one coaching time.

f) Via OUR GRADING SYSTEM which ranks everyone in the group from top to bottom. Every month, every student ranks himself and the other students from top to bottom using a proprietary system. The student with the lowest score--well, everyone in the group is going to know who you are and then you will have to publicly apologize to everyone else during the next phone meeting, haha. That should motivate you to get off of the bottom position the next month! :)

PROGRAM DETAILS:
Your tuition for the first three months includes:

One (1) one-on-one time management coaching session with Monroe Mann--30 minutes (a $75 value).
A copy of Monroe Mann's revolutionary book, "Time Zen - The Shortest and Most Effective Time Management and Success System Ever Created" (a $149 value).
1 (1) monthly group accountability call with topics of discussion led by an Accountability School moderator, all based on what people are discussing in the online forum each month (a $149 value). Note: it is never possible to accommodate everyone on the group call due to scheduling difficulties. There is no reduction in price if you cannot make the group call.
Access to our Facebook group and Accountability Board during the three months of the program to keep you on-track and communicating your progress and obstacles in between meetings (a $149 value).

RULES:
You must sign a contract upon acceptance into the school. In the contract, you:
a) agree not to drop out (during the current three-month period for which you are enrolled);
b) agree to make every effort to participate in the group calls (we understand scheduling issues sometimes arise);
c) agree to read all message board posts by your fellow classmates, and to respond (with encouragement) when appropriate;
d) agree to 'grade' each classmate each month on their progress;
e) agree to actively work on your projects and tasks;
f) agree not to let your fellow classmates down.
